The Clay Studio at the Banana Factory provides people of all ages with a dynamic location to embark on an exploration of the art of ceramics, with guidance from some of the region's most renowned ceramic artists.
Led by popular ceramicist Deb Slahta, a 30-year veteran of ceramics known for her hand-thrown utilitarian pottery and functional stoneware, the studio specializes in personalized instruction and its small class sizes allow each student to learn at his or her own pace.
