Best of Both Worlds

This program starts with the “Hot Glass Experience,” where participants work with one of our esteemed glass artists to make a flower or paperweight.

Following that session, participants spend three hours learning the basics of what makes a great photograph from one of our nationally-renowned photographers. Participants explore the Banana Factory with our Olympus digital cameras while searching for interesting subjects, angles and light. They then work in the state-of-the-art Olympus Digital Imaging Center, where they discover how to download and edit photos. Everyone chooses their best photograph, and a color print will be made and sent to the team within the week.
