This is a 18+ event.
We kick off the spring exhibition with The Second Annual People’s Ball, a party that celebrates art, style, and our community. We invite guests to strut their stuff for this fun and festive event. Guests are encouraged to walk the runway, enjoy the exhibition, and dance the night away as we celebrate our creative community. Guests can also take part in a Best in Style competition judged by local style icons.
The exhibition for this year's People’s Ball in 2024 is Refash curated by Bethlehem-based fashion designer, Barbara Kavchok. The exhibition will feature wearable works of art that celebrate sustainability and showcase fashion, accessories and jewelry created from used, thrown-out, found and repurposed elements.
Walk the Runway
Our runway show is open to the public! Prizes awarded to the winners in each category. The runway show is judged by local style icons and industry leaders.
Runway Categories:
- Best Handmade (at least 50% of look must be handmade)
- Best Emerging Designer (less than 5 years of professional experience)
- Best Upcycled (at least 50% of look must be non-traditional garments)
- Best Overall Look
Limit to one registration per category per person. There is a maximum of 10 registrations per category.
