One Day Workshop

Saturday, April 15 | 1-3 p.m.

In this workshop, participants will make stunning designs using metal objects!!! They will learn to make their own iron solution and how to modify colors of the dyes. They will learn how to Itajime-a Japanese folding technique. Beginners welcome!

Each ticket reserves a spot for two! Families of all kinds are welcome to participate in this Creative Family Workshop! Bring your young child, your grandparent, your sibling, your significant other, your best friend, or anyone else you consider family!

Rebecca is a storyteller, visual artist and curator. She recently moved to Upper Bucks County, PA from NYC. Rebecca is a teaching artist at Lehigh University Art Galleries, Young Audiences of NJ and PA, Hunterdon Art Museum and The Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA. Ms. Kelly is a gifted visual artist who specializes in Book and Textile Arts. Her work has been exhibited at The Philadelphia Museum of Art Library, South Haven Arts Center, South Haven, MI, The Phillips Mill Art Association Annual Juried Show, Hunterdon Art Museum Members Show and St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn. Ms. Rebecca curated the award-winning Bucks County Community ArtMobile in 2009-2011, transFORMations: Art Made from Recycled and Reused Materials which was viewed by over 40,000 individuals! Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Child Development from Sarah Lawrence College
