Kristin Baxter

Kristin has been a Teaching Artist with the Banana Factory since 2019 and an Art and Mindfulness Teacher with Shanthi Project since 2017. She has taught art to young children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings such as in colleges and universities, Lehigh University Art Galleries, the Northampton County Juvenile Justice Center, and the Boys and Girls Club of Bethlehem. In 2019, her book, “Creating Vibrant Art Lessons: A Teacher’s Sketchbook,” was published by Teachers College Columbia University Press. Her favorite types of creative expressions are knitting, collaging, and journalling. She is also a student at Lehigh Valley Dance in Bethlehem.
