All food and non-alcoholic beverages must be catered by a state licensed approved preferred caterer. Individuals or organizations may not use any other caterer or bring in any food produced in private residence.
You would bring in your own alcohol for your event and the caterer will provide a certified bartender to serve your guests. You will take home any unused alcohol at the conclusion of your event. This is a great savings to you.
All events that include alcohol service at their event, will incur an event staff fee of $125.00. This fee includes courtesy/security patrol of the parking lot and facility during the event 30 minutes prior to the start of the event until 30 minutes after the event. This is not a Valet Service, it is to provide information about alternative parking options. When the event attendance is over 200 guests, an additional event staff person will be needed. A flat fee of $75.00 per additional event staff member will be incurred.
Organizations must contact the caterer directly to discuss details of their event, food and beverage services.
